CD $13 Original Piano Melodies for the

three generations. I've long been impressed by the melodic
and harmonic styles of jazz icons Marian McPartland and Dave
Brubeck and always believed that a well constructed harmony
complements a unique melody. Performing along with me on
this CD is young pianist Anthony Bernarducci, who shares my
musical sensibilities and contributes his soul to my
music. As you can see, I compose at the piano with pencil and
paper. In addition to hearing the sounds, I need to see the
contours of the melodies and the textures of the harmonies.
The visual lines both horizontal and vertical aid in the
composition process. I derive great satisfaction out of
hearing then writing each note. The more senses I can
involve in the creation of music, the better my chances of
affecting my listeners on multiple levels. You see, we both
win by enjoying music which moves us - just what good music
